The apartment is located on the beachfront in the building Paraiso Mar. It has a nice terrace with sea views. The building has direct pedestrian access to the promenade and has free Wifi access.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob.
The apartment is provided with bed linen and towels.
It also has ceiling fans and electric radiators in the living room and bedroom.
The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both are free of charge for our guests.
You have the option of renting a parking space or an outdoor garage for an additional cost.

The accommodation was lovely, apartment was very bright and living space, balcony and bedrooms very comfortable. There was only one electric socket in the kitchen but a a bar was provided. The pool area and gardens were maintained well. Location greasee more

The pool area and gardens were maintained well. Location great, right on the promenade but there was no noise. The apartments and immediate area were very quiet, with lots of choice where to eat.

Perhaps the kitchen and bathroom need updated. Extra electrical sockets in the kitchen and the coloured bathroom was difficult to keep clean.

I am not complaining, but these are suggestions moving forward. My first visit was in 2015 and since then the pool area looks “tired”. The flooring could do with being repainted and also many tiles are missing in the pool and this makes it all look asee more
I am not complaining, but these are suggestions moving forward. My first visit was in 2015 and since then the pool area looks “tired”. The flooring could do with being repainted and also many tiles are missing in the pool and this makes it all look a bit untidy. In 2015,2016, 2017 there were very few people from other apartment blocks / hotels/ villa’s trying to use the pool but when they did, the life guard sorted this. First couple of years we had to tell the life guard our names and room numbers and then he allowed us in, this time the lifeguard hardly noticed and many times people who are not paying guests were using the pool and making the relaxing experience poor. Also the sunbeds could probably do with being left in the pool in the close season to bring them back to their best.
With regard to the room 37A, it is just a bit dated, no aircon, noisy fan in one of the bedrooms, broken kettle, only one baking tray, poor wifi and noisy bed springs. As previously mentioned, I will be back, I enjoy my time with you but these suggestions could really be followed out to make it a better holiday. I do understand costs are a major factor and the pandemic would have cost you a lot of money and maybe the reason for lack of investment. Next time I will book a room with air con I think. |

Der Safe hat nicht gut funktioniert, sprich man konnte nicht abschliessen ohne den Schlüssel zu entfernen nachträglich. Oder wir haben es nicht verstandesee more
