Description
Flat 23B - Premium, is located on the first line of the Levante beach in Calpe. It can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and two small children.
Totally renovated in April 2022, this flat has one bedroom with a 32" Smart Tv, two single beds with sheets included, quilt in summer and duvet in winter. Possibility to convert both beds into a double bed (on request prior to arrival) and a very functional built-in wardrobe.
The bedroom has direct access to the flat's terrace. Bathroom with shower, towels included, small hidden cupboard with washing machine and various necessary utensils such as clothes horse, clothes pegs, iron and ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules welcome you on arrival.
There is a cupboard for recycling organic waste, paper and cardboard, packaging and a special container for recycling coffee capsules.
The living/dining room is ideal, comfortable and well lit. Sofa bed 140 x 200 with Chaisse Longue annex, Smart Tv 42 inches with international channels, large dining table and free wifi throughout the flat. The living room has direct access to the terrace where you can lie down and enjoy reading, breakfast or lunch with magnificent views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.
The interesting feature of this flat is that recycled materials have been used, such as the solid wood furniture which has been given a second life and the blue details, recycled plastic from the Mediterranean Sea thanks to the company The Gravity Wave.
The flat has air conditioning, heating and fans. Different lighting depending on the room, general and ambient-decorative. Windows with thermal and acoustic insulation. Building with direct access to the pedestrian promenade with shops, bars, restaurants, water sports... Pharmacy and supermarkets 5 minutes away.
We have an outdoor swimming pool open all year round with sun loungers and a heated swimming pool with hydromassage (available from October to May).
It is the ideal place to unwind during your holidays.
