Unsere Wohnungen werden ständig gewartet und auch die Sofas werden von uns ausgetauscht. Im Hipocampos-Gebäude sind alle brandneu. Ich werde unser Wartungsteam über den Zustand dieses Sofas informieren, damit sie es bei zukünftigen Änderungen berücksichtigen können.

Nos hubiera gustado que el horario de cierre de la piscina no fuera tan pronto (21h), ya que siempre estaba llena de personas a esa hora, que estábamos de vacaciones, con ganas de disfrutar un rato más. Con una temperatura altisima esos días, que invsee more

El socorrista a las 20,45 ya nos decía que teníamos que abandonar el agua y tambíén el recinto. Entiendo que por lo menos deberían alargarlo hasta las 22h. en los meses de pleno verano. |

Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert. Der Aufzug links war 2 mal defekt, wurde aber schnellstens repariert.
Bis in die 9. Etage zu laufen war z. Teil sehr anstrengend. Ein früherer Check-in in der Wohnung wäre generell gut. Wir hatten Glück und kamen kursee more

Man sollte dies von der Ankunftzeit der Gäste am Flughafen abhängig machen und die Reinigung entsprechend vorsehen/planen. Man erhält ja alle Infos beim Ausfüllen der Vorabinformation vom Gast.
